required by the relevant ISO 9000 quality system standards.
Objective: This course trains personnel in the skills and activities necessary to
meet the requirements of ISO 9000 quality system standards.
ISO 9000
AUDITOR/LEAD AUDITOR TRAINING
This course is registered by the International Register of Certificated Auditors (IRCA)
(A4252), the Registrar Accreditation Board (RAB) and the Japan Accreditation Board for
Conformity Assessment (JAB) (TC08).
Length: 5 days Fee: US $1595
Who Should Attend? All personnel involved in the auditing of ISO 9000 requirements.
Objective: This rigorous five-day course teaches the trainee about the full ISO
9000 accreditation process, including assessment of quality manuals, quality procedures,
etc. The course is built around a variety of case studies, including an actual quality
manual that students will assess. The seminar concludes with a final examination.
Successful completion of this course is one of the several requirements to become a Lead
Auditor. Other requirements include academic and practical experience detailed in
IRCA/145/96/2.
TRAIN THE
TRAINER IN ISO 9000

Who Should Attend? Persons who will be training others in the ISO 9000 quality
system standard requirements.
Objective: This course provides ISO 9000 trainers with the knowledge and skills
needed to be effective ISO 9000 educators and implementors.
